How to find an sql from OEM or sqlplus:
I have the sql text but not the sqlid. Let's try OEM.
Let's login and search for my DB in this case.

Click performance tab:
From there search sql.
In my case it did not find it.
Let's try command line if you have gv$sql and v$sql permission, you can also use sql developer.
select sql_id, sql_text from v$sql where sql_text like '%SELECT distinct dl_cust_id, cust_nm, cust_ofce_typ, from_cust_alias, actv_flg, for_appl_id, dl_cntct_typ_id%'

Let's search again this id in OEM.
Here you got the sql id and searched for sql iself. Once you have it you can run a tuning adviser as well for it .
Here you found whole sql.
