how to create a database blackout in OEM

1. Login to OEM, on the top left click enterprise, monitoring, blackouts.
   
2. Click create and find the target DB name.
   
3. Check the box and select.
4. Now on the previous screen. Select the target select before and click next
   
5. Keep it as default and selected all and click next.
   
6. Now decide the time you want to create the blackout for and hit next.
   
7. Now verify the the final finish screen and hit finish.
   

You will see the confirmation page now. That is it we have created a Blackout for one database. We need to do all the database we will change to snapshot standby for the DR.
