What's the location of trace file analyzer ?
/u01/app/11.2.0.4/grid/tfa/bin
Run the below command to execute for collection of diagnostic
./tfactl diagcollect
once the diagnosis is done cd to to the repository directory mentioned by the TFA collector.
cd /u01/app/grid/tfa/repository/and winscp the folder and zip it and upload in oracle.
[root@server01 repository]# ls -ltrh
total 28K
drwxr----t 5 root root 4.0K Jan 27 2018 suptools
drwx------ 2 root root 12K Sep 3 14:24 collection_Mon_Sep_3_13_49_50_GMT_2018_node_all_cell_all

Winscp the folder and zip it and upload to oracle SR if that is the reason for creation of TFA.
